The Aspire VeloTech Guarantee

At Aspire VeloTech, our primary concern is your complete satisfaction. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, you may return it within 60 days.  We will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price.

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you and pay for the return shipping as well.

If a replacement part is needed, or a only a portion of your order requires attention, we’re glad to take care of it immediately to get you on your bike fast!

Before sending an item for return or exchange, please Contact Us and we'll give you an RA (return authorization) number.  This will help us expedite your return or exchange as soon as it arrives.

We are very accommodating when it comes to components that don't work for you.  For example... if you buy a saddle from us, ride it for a while, and find out that it just doesn't work for you, give us a call and we'll take it back. Our customer friendly return guarantee applies to almost every other component we sell.  We ask that you take advantage of it when you need to, but please be reasonable and don't abuse it.

Please note: Headsets can be returned only if never installed and in perfectly new condition with no scratch or scuff marks. Hubs are returnable only if a spoke has never been inserted and they are in perfectly new condition with no marks on the hub or on any spoke hole. This insures that all customers receive only brand new products. Thank you for your cooperation.
