This Warranty applies to all Pro Carbon components purchased
anytime in the past, present, or future.

All Pro CARBON™ Components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner.  Aspire VeloTech will at its discretion, replace any Pro Carbon™ Component determined to be defective by Aspire VeloTech free of charge, including free shipping back to the original purchaser providing the product has been installed in accordance with our installation instructions, properly maintained, and used for its intended purpose.  If a current replacement product is not available, we may substitute a current, similar product of equal value or provide you with store credit for the amount of your original purchase price.  Normal wear and tear, improper installation, exceeding rider weight limit, and damage from collisions are not covered by this warranty.  Proof of purchase is required, and this Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. Any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or warranties of merchantability are limited to the duration of the expressed warranty. This warranty is limited to product replacement or purchase price value only.  THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS STATED HEREIN. ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF WARRANTY COVERAGE OF THESE EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTIES.
