Their staff respond quickly to questions, the turn around is fast and their service is top notch. I feel bad for the local business's, but you cannot compete with them, and the bottom line for the customer is to save money and have great service. I'll always go to Aspire for any King parts.

Tom 01-Feb-2012 I bought a Chris King headset from Aspire Velotech after seeing a BBC TV show by Rob Penn based on his book It's All About The Bike wherein he visited Chris King and bought his own headset. I looked around to buy one here in UK but the prices were very high. A quick search online brought me to Aspire Velotech who were incredibly helpful. Shipping was minimal, price was great and delivery was rapid. In short - i am really happy i bought from Aspire and will certainly buy from them again.

  26-Oct-2011 I had a big Problem to get a spare chris king rear axle in germany. I ordered it at aspire velotech and was surprised how fast they delivered- the axle with shipment was cheaper than in germany!

knightrider 09-Sep-2011 I just received the headset today, it's took 23 days to arrived to Australia, so I will choose express postage next time!  And for the Customer Service Aspire veloTech, please reply the email when the Customer ask about what happened when the status is "Pending"(I send the email until two times but no reply at all).  Anyway this is the best headset that I ever have, thank you, I will buy from Aspire velotech again.

Ramirez 10-Jul-2011 I am the first to complain about poor customer service or slow delivery, so I feel obligated to share my first class experience with the folks at Aspire Velo.  First, I must comment on their extensive product knowledge and willingness to walk me through the selection of a Phil Wood BB for a non-typical application (this alone was worth the price of admission).  I also needed the bottom bracket delivered ASAP,which was accomplished when the phone representative personally handled my order and 2nd Day delivery for the best shipping fee possible.  To top it all off Aspire Velo had the lowest prices by far of any online distributor.  It does not get any better than first rate customer service and product knowledge combined with lighting fast delivery at the lowest prices.  Thanks, again.  Look forward to doing future business.  Ken P. David 18-May-2011 I ordered a Steelset from a dealer in the UK in early February. After months of waiting I called the UK importer who could not give me an ETA. I went online, found Aspire VeloTech and placed the order. This was on a Friday in the UK. On Monday, 3 days later,the Steelset was delivered. Brilliant service.

GreenCentury 06-Apr-2011 The Italian Road Bike Mirror works great.  I love the quality of the glass.  I installed one and liked it, so a few months later installed a second, on the other side.  Be sure you get it placed exactly how you want it BEFORE you wrap your bar tape around it.  It is worth the effort. Later, I had a problem with the mirror and AspireVelotech provided great service.  Awesome company to deal with!  Highly recommended.

Blackers 29-Mar-2011 Writing this after my second good experience with Aspire, my goods were posted the day I ordered and the good people at Aspire provided me with the tracking number immediately. Items arrived and were very well packed, even the airport gorillas weren't able to penetrate the packing defenses! Will be using these guys again, just need to try and hide the invoices from She Who Must Be Obeyed....

Denny Crane, Esq. 01-Mar-2011 I have two of the Italian Mirrors, one on each bike.  They work well and reduce the need to look over my shoulder.  Nice selection of bar tape, and the Computer Console is excellent.  It holds my Garmin Edge and a headlight, and lasts much longer than my FSA console, which broke when I over-tightened it.  The titanium road skewers are also top notch.  My orders always ship the same day.
One 19-Feb-2011 Ordered myself hubs for my mtb and even before I had planed on what rims I wanted to use, it's already at my doorstep. That's how amazing the people at AspireVeloTech are. I was hoping that they would arrive in time for Vday, but figured with the weekend and coming from the West Coast to the East Coast they would not be here until at least Wednesday. I was wrong, they arrived Monday(Vday). Fast shipping. Have not put them on the bikes yet, will do it tomorrow.They are light and look well made. Good price for the two. Craig 01-Dec-2010 I bought the Pro Carbon handle bars in the hope of getting rid of the numbness & pins & needles i used to get after about 70 kms. I have just completed the Round Taupo Lake Race, (160ks) and not even the slightest hint of numbness. I've had numerous proffesional bike fit ups, but nothing helped. These bars are SO comfortable, they're brilliant. The service and comunication is second to none.

Jon 19-Oct-2010 Great experience!  My email was replied to early the next business day.  As a follow-up I called and spoke to the same rep that emailed me.  He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product, and helped me choose what was right for me.  Item was shipped the same day with a note from the same rep who took the order.  I wish all customer experiences were this nice.
