The mirror itself is a wonderful improvement over the strap on model I've been using that jiggles and needs frequent adjustment. The mounting, however, is tricky and took two attempts by my bike shop to get it lined up correctly. Now that it is right, I'm loving it! Thanks! |

I purchased a set of Phil track hubs in red a
number of weeks back, had shiped to Universal Cycles for wheel build
with H Plus Son Archtype rims in black with red nipples and black
spokes, just received last night here in Australia. COOOOOOOL, anyway Aspire was the cheapest I could find in these hubs anywhere in the world plus shipping to UC was unbelievably quick with no shipping costs. I placed an order Friday night, and received the
package in the mail on Saturday afternoon (yes, the very next day).
Granted, I live the next city over from Aspire, but it is impressive
that they were able to push it through that fast. I called and talked to
John about what I needed, and he assured me that the return policy would
cover me if the part didn't fit my 28 year-old bike and I didn't scratch
it. Fortunately the part fit, and I was able to work on the bike over
the weekend! I wish more companies provided outstanding customer service like Aspire VeloTech! |

You know I could've bought the CK Devolution
headset from any other retailer and I pickeed you because you had what I
needed at the best price. I paid extra for FEDEX shipping and expected my headset in 2 or 3 days. I got it the next day, less than 24 hours after I ordered it. Then I open the FEDEX package and see that my new headset is in another envelope and someone had written in black marker, "Happy Riding" with a smilie face. When I went to install it, I found out it was too big. Even though the return period had expired, John and the gang were able to help me out and let me return the headset for an exchange to the correct size. Just over two weeks from contacting them about the exchange, and I'm back in action with a sweet, correctly sized headset. The customer service was excellent and the prices can't be beat. I recently needed to leave my pushy at the LBS for
a week (was away for work) to have the rear CK hub serviced. This
spurred me to purchase a CK hub service tool. Onto AV site and could not find the tool (because I am a muppet). Email AV and get response first thing in the morning (I am in Oz). They said no worries, here is the tool, there are none available, we will check up on the order and alert you when it comes into stock. 24hrs later I get an instock notice and place the order (which also included a hub cone service tool). By morning they email me and kindly mention I have purchased the hub cone service tool twice - as it already comes with the hub service tool, and that unless I want two of the same tool - they will cancel that part of the order and refund. I reply, say yes, 12hrs later the order is on it's way! That sort of attention to detail and complete knowledge of every part they sell is rare as hen's teeth. So thanks again. My second 120% awesome order with AV. |

First, I must comment on their extensive product knowledge and willingness to walk me through the selection of a Phil Wood BB for a non-typical application (this alone was worth the price of admission). I also needed the bottom bracket delivered ASAP,which was accomplished when the phone representative personally handled my order and 2nd Day delivery for the best shipping fee possible. To top it all off Aspire Velo had the lowest prices by far of any online distributor. Order confirmation same day as ordered, and they even refunded a few bucks of my shipping cost when I pointed out that $11 for 30 grams worth of stainless steel was a little steep. I found the team to be extremely helpful and polite.
